If you compare our prices to the many editors and cover artists out there, you will find our prices to be surprisingly lower than theirs. We base our prices for editing on the condition of the text and the needs of a manuscript. A typical editing project of 50,000 words might cost 1.5 cents a word, which equals $750. Your book might require a lower price per word if we think it just needs proofreading or a slightly higher price for story editing. We can also instruct you to clean up your book to lower the cost of editing.

We use Microsoft Word, a useful program that makes it possible for the writer to either accept or reject any suggested edits. If you are not familiar with this software, we will be happy to give you a quick tutorial on the many tools that are included in this program.
